Spa Etiquette
The Spa is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. For the consideration of others, you should consider to keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly. Children are not allowed in the Spa unless they are having a treatment or accompanied by an adult. Your time at our Spa retreat should be dedicated to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices disconnects you from the mobile world, if only for a few hours, and helps to relax your mind.
What Should I wear to a Spa
Your comfort during your chosen treatment is very important to get the best of the experiences. Please arrive at the Spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe. Our professional therapists provide draping to ensure your privacy. Disposable undergarments are available upon request.
What Should I do to Book a Spa?
We recommend that you book well in advance of your arrival to secure your preferred date and treatment time. Please make the Spa receptionist aware of any special considerations when making your reservation. Please note the timings of the Spa. Pearl Spa is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Last treatment finishes at 8 p.m. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid a reduced treatment time. A late arrival results in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly.
Spa During Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, you may wish to avoid booking treatments that involve the use of essentials oils. Massages or stimulating treatments are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy.
Health Complications
If you have ANY medical conditions particularly Cancer, Heart condition, High/low blood pressure, Diabetes, Epilepsy or Surgery within the last six months, you should consult your doctor before signing up for any Spa services. Please also make your therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Can I Smoke or Drink at a Spa?
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any spa treatment.
